We will encourage the Devils Advocate, both ideas and criticism Need to set culture shared set of values/principals. Establish a clear set of agreed goals. Encourage members to contribute both positive feedback and positive criticism. Establish key action plans, tasks and timelines (Role clarity and responsibility). Active external networking for feedback and support. Provision of adequate and appropriate resourcing of tasks right person right place. |
